Orbits recently helped me out with a lost Excel password problem. They recovered the password for me, and also kept me updated during the process when it became apparent it would take longer than he was expecting. Thank you very much!
Orbits answered my request for a new laptop. They met all the requirements asked and even set it up for me, then offered further assistance should I need it. Jim explained everything in detail and with patience.
